The State of Ohio has issued new rules requiring
owners/operators of UST systems to be trained. Each UST
facility must have a person (or persons) with three different
levels of training. ECL has partnered with a licensed UST
contractor and is in the process of developing a course that will
meet BUSTR's requirements for this training. It is our hope to
have a schedule of courses available within the next 60 to 90
