	We are organized as a limited liability company in the state of Ohio. Our articles of organization are on file with the Secretary of State.
	We are certified as a small business enterprise with Cuyahoga County
	We are prequalified to provide environmental site assessments by the Ohio Department of Transportation
	We operate as a sole proprietor in most instances
	We are fully insured by A and A- rated insurers
	We do not offer engineering or architectural services, therefore we do not need a Certificate of Authority.
