SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION Cuyahoga County, Ohio has certified EARTH Consulting, Ltd. as a Small Business with qualifications to provide Services and Professional Services in the Environmental field. Specifically, the certifications recognize ECL's status as a small business and its qualifications in the field of environmental consulting services. Specific services named on the certficates include Phase I and II ESAs, Underground Storage Tank Services, Indoor Air Quality and Environmental Permitting. ECL looks forward to providing services that are technically sound, professionally delivered and presented and cost effective to the County as well as prime contractors working for the County.
